Store policies
The practical details — how orders, delivery, returns and your data are handled.
Shipping & delivery
- We ship across Hong Kong with SF Express. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Orders are packed and handed to SF Express within 2–3 working days after your payment is verified.
- Prefer to collect in person? Say so in the address field at checkout and we'll arrange a time over WhatsApp.
Returns & refunds
- Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery — message us on WhatsApp with your order number to arrange it.
- For hygiene reasons, opened gel, cones or balm can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
- Refunds are sent back the way you paid (PayMe, AlipayHK or FPS), normally within 5 working days.
Payment & orders
- Prices are in Hong Kong dollars. Payment is by PayMe, AlipayHK or FPS — your order is confirmed once we verify your payment, usually within a few hours.
- You can cancel an order free of charge any time before paying. Unpaid orders may be cancelled by us after 48 hours to release the stock.
Privacy
- We only collect what an order needs: your name, phone number, email and delivery address. It's stored securely with our database provider and never sold or shared for marketing.
- Payment receipts you upload are stored privately and are visible only to the store owner.
- Want your account and data deleted? Email us and we'll take care of it.
